About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies, with strong communication and presentation skills. They will also possess a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and a collaborative mindset.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs.
  • Brief internal teams (creative, design, digital) clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end.
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.
  • Manage budgets, approvals, and ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Full-time & On-site work opportunity only.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Social Media handling - preferred as an additional qualification.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling.
  • Prior agency experience would be a great added advantage.
