Hotel Service Expert Job Description">

The Hotel Service Expert is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality in assigned guestrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work done in assigned areas meets hotel policies and procedures, delivering exceptional service to guests.
  • Protect guests' privacy during service and respond promptly to their requests.
  • Clean and replenish supplies for guestrooms according to hotel standards.
  • Perform turndown service as required and maintain trolleys neat and adequately supplied.
  • Keep linen room organized and report any maintenance issues or equipment deficiencies to the Floor Supervisor.
  • Report loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality service, promote hotel services, and maintain good working relationships with team members and departments.
  • Promote the hotel and its products, ensure compliance with lost and found procedures, and resolve guest complaints effectively.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge to explain and sell hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
