As a Global Life and Wellness Coach, you will partner with individuals from diverse backgrounds to support their mental well-being and foster meaningful growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality life and wellness coaching sessions via video or phone to clients in your region.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team and licensed clinical care navigation team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide culturally sensitive and empathetic care, adhering to our values of diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Active credentialed membership with a globally recognized coaching body, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), or Association for Coaching (AC).
  • Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Adaptability across various life, professional, and health-related challenges.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Telehealth competence and comfort with technology.
