Compensation and Benefits Expert Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our global compensation and rewards strategy.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish a standardized global compensation model, drive differentiated rewards programs, and manage key aspects such as job architecture, compensation benchmarking, short-term incentive plans (STIPs), long-term incentive plans (LTIPs), and global benefits administration.
  • Create a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
  • Develop and implement compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to align compensation packages with global industry standards and company objectives.
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
  • Provide analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation of costing models for compensation strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain compensation-related reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Communicate total rewards programs to employees, ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment with organizational culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international compensation regulations and monitor any legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage and develop a team of Total Rewards professionals, ensuring continuous development and delivery of high-quality work.
