Job Title: Global Performance Strategist

The Senior Rewards and Performance Expert plays a pivotal role in shaping our global performance management strategies.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects, collaborate with professionals across the organization, and drive business results through effective compensation planning and employee rewards and recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global policies and systems for rewards and performance management
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting to drive business results
  • Analyze complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Use good judgment, be discreet, highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct along with high-level integrity and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization
  • Strong analytical skills (and advanced level MS Excel skills)
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
