Through our expert coaching and guidance, participants can break free from frustration and achieve fluency in their communication.

About the Role

As a sales professional, your mission will be to enroll participants into our transformative workshop through meaningful conversations.

This role requires you to thrive in consultative sales, handle sensitive conversations with empathy, and build trust with clients over video calls.

Your Mission

  • Drive consistent results by closing high-ticket deals.
  • Closerepeatable processes to ensure consistent results
  • Close 24+ participants/month into our transformative workshop
  • Sustain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing business opportunities
  • Handle 4–5 inbound calls per day, 6 days/week (~120 calls/month)
  • Maintain a 20%+ live call close rate
  • Follow up with no-shows and non-buyers using our structured reactivation process
  • Keep CRM, projections, and tracking sheets updated daily

KPIs & Metrics

  • Call Show Rate: 80%+
  • Live Close Rate: 20%+
  • Daily Call Load: 4–5 inbound calls
  • Weekly Hours: 48–50 (Mon–Sat)
  • Availability: 9 AM – 6 PM IST on Slack

Compensation

  • Base Pay (Draw): ₹20,000/month
  • Commission: 10% on cash collected
  • On-Track Earnings (OTE): ₹70K–₹80K/month @ 20% close rate
