Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled change manager to join our organization. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on delivering successful change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Procurement Management: Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sourcing and Contract Negotiation: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Accounts Payable Expertise: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments and minimizing financial risks.
  • Procurement Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the procurement function, including managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Project Delivery:
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of projects and effective resource allocation.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and timeframe.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring that projects meet quality standards.
  • Training Development: Develop and execute training plans, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks effectively.
Change Management and Transition Support:
  • Change Management: Apply change management principles and techniques to drive organizational change and improve business outcomes.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and implement effective communication plans, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the change process.
  • Hypercare Support: Develop and manage hypercare plans, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
