Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Operations Associate.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Life Insurance and possess superior communication skills. They will be responsible for handling post-issue service requests, performing routine maintenance tasks, and maintaining accurate policy records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process post-issue service requests including address changes, beneficiary updates, ownership and payor changes, and banking information updates.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as corrections to policy data, transaction reversals, and reinstatements.
  • Maintain and update policy records in administration systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Research and resolve escalated issues or incomplete transactions related to policy servicing.
  • Ensure service levels and turnaround times are met according to SLA requirements.
  • Support audits and regulatory compliance activities by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of policy administration systems, transaction codes, and process workflows.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide feedback for automation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any field, Commerce degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience that required focus on quality, attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Experience working in a professional/office environment that required regular scheduled shifts.
  • Proficiency in using a computer with Windows applications, including keyboard navigation and learning new software tools.
  • Effective English business communication skills required for exchanging information with clients.
  • Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
  • Basic writing skills for emails and letters.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Life Insurance domain knowledge is essential (preferably Annuities).
