Home Loan Specialist

About the Role:
Mortgage Sales Professionals are responsible for driving sales of home loans to customers. They work closely with relationship managers and other teams to deliver consistent sales budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for prime loan against property (LAP) from various channels, including open market, branch network, and channel partners.
- Built relationships with builders and developers to promote DBS home loan products.
- Develop strategic plans to increase revenue streams through various product mix.
- Manage customer portfolios, ensuring timely completion of files and adherence to company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in mortgage sales, meeting loan volume budgets.
- Understanding of the mortgage business, market, and competition.
- Strong product knowledge and experience in local markets.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent listening skills and inquisitive mind.
- Strong ability to influence and self-drive.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Competencies:
- Solid understanding of mortgages business and market.
- Knowledge of home loan products to assist clients and relationship managers.
