Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager in the Home Loan and Mortgage Loan department at our Pune location. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing loan applications, assessing customer needs, offering suitable loan products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include conducting thorough due diligence, coordinating with internal teams, and providing regular updates to clients. The role requires active engagement with potential and existing customers to ensure successful loan disbursals and client retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing customer relationships and understanding client needs
  • Knowledge of home loan and mortgage loan products and processes
  • Ability to conduct thorough due diligence and manage loan applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
