Financial Research Specialist

Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Financial Research Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you'll be responsible for evaluating businesses across various sectors and market caps. You'll build complex financial models, test scenarios, and interpret macroeconomic cycles to identify opportunities and risks.

Your research will directly impact investment decisions and portfolio construction. You'll work closely with our Fund Manager to provide insights that drive informed investment choices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and predict future trends
  • Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and markets to identify potential opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with the Fund Manager to develop investment strategies and make informed investment decisions
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in equity research or a related field
  • Strong grasp of financial markets, business cycles, and fundamentals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • CA or MBA is an advantage but not mandatory
