As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting investment decisions and monitoring investments made into startups and privately held US companies.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in investment research, financial modeling, and due diligence within the VC/PE/IB ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry deep-dives on startups and private companies to provide valuable insights for our investment team.

  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and industry deep-dives on startups and private companies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare detailed investment memos, pitch decks, and reports for internal committees.
  • Track portfolio company performance, key performance indicators, and prepare monitoring dashboards.
  • Assist with due diligence (financial, operational, and market).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA / CFA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting.
