We are seeking a seasoned Client Manager to spearhead our key client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be able to form and maintain professional relationships, drive contract closures and renewals, and play a pivotal role in their success.

This is an exciting position with a fast-paced working environment. We are looking for individuals who are proactive and have a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-10 client accounts.
  • Develop executive relationships country-level with clients' leadership.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders.
  • Pursue partnership growth, revenue acceleration, and new opportunities.
  • Pitch relevant services to clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure high-quality deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in client management or customer success roles for a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Data analysis and translation into strategic actions.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style.
  • Proficiency in client interactions with sales deal closure.
  • Must be self-motivated and have a sales-oriented mindset.
