We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Managing Partner. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of our BPO and customer experience company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall business strategy to grow our BPO and AI-driven service portfolio.
  • Business Development: Expand client base across industries, develop partnerships, and introduce new revenue streams.
  • Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee profit and loss, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Capital Contribution: Contribute agreed capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making.
  • Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold governance standards.
  • Innovation: Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Talent & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
  • Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.

You will have direct influence over strategic decisions, operations, and financial outcomes. You will share in the firm's profits and long-term value creation, ensuring true alignment of ownership and rewards.
