Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the seller's needs at Amazon by building strong communication channels at all levels of their organization. Set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and drive a growth plan to meet business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver key business opportunities for both sellers and Amazon.
- Drive new product launches and relationship extensions through partnerships with business development and onboarding teams.
- Collaborate with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business and enhance consumer experience.
- Analyze the business through deep dive analysis and executive-level reporting. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Data analysis skills to assess performance drivers
- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas in fast-paced environments
- E-commerce expertise and ability to work in cross-functional teams
