
Senior Business Development Specialist

The Client Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering successful relationships between the organization and its clients. Ensuring project success is achieved through strategic alignment, effective communication, and meticulous management.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver strategic consulting services to clients, providing insights and solutions that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers to develop strategies aligning with client objectives.
- Manage global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key opinion leaders, pricing experts, and community leaders.
- Supervise Local HCP targeting projects, analyzing referral and prescription patterns.
- Support pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including statement of work preparation and sales meetings.
- Create project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
- Collaborate with client teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Field Teams, to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies.
- Liaise with internal support teams.
- Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports.
- Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites.
- Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
- Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Masters' Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel), project management software, word processing software (Word), email software (Outlook), and presentation software (PowerPoint).
