Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Coimbatore
Experience Level: Associate (5-7 years)
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing deals.
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Design and implement employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs to enhance company culture.
- Analyze people metrics, such as hiring funnel KPIs, attrition rates, and engagement scores, to inform business decisions.
- Partner with managers to hire, coach, and develop high-performance teams.
- Drive learning & development initiatives and succession planning to ensure organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Act as an employee champion, coaching leaders and maintaining a positive work environment.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with ownership of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- MBA (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with HR metrics and dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of employment laws and compliance basics.
- Contribute to building the people function at a fast-scaling technology company.
