Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Solutions Supervisor. This role will be responsible for developing and executing reporting dashboards and data sets, ensuring internal processes are streamlined, and serving as an audit liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement reporting solutions that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support employee and vendor audiences.
  • Develop and maintain internal GWS processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including validation of vendor management system data, monthly access reviews, and bi-annual consultant validation processes.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests related to our VMS.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
  • Provide financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
