Job Title: Senior CX Solutions Specialist

This is a senior-level position that requires an experienced professional in customer experience solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Genesys Cloud, AWS Connect, and customer experience user interface/user experience (UI/UX) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative customer journeys through UI/UX solutions and process improvements
  • Optimize customer experiences using data-driven insights and analytics
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and technology departments

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the contact center domain
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in customer experience solutions
  • Hands-on experience with contact center technologies, including Genesys CX UI and AWS Connect
  • A deep understanding of UI/UX design principles for customer-facing platforms
  • A proven track record in Customer Experience (CX) / Customer Centricity initiatives

  • Genesys Cloud (primary area of expertise)
  • MWS (Middleware/Workforce Solutions)
  • AWS Connect, Google CCAI, Nice CX
  • Analytics & Reporting Tools: QlikSense, Looker
  • Exposure to Genesys Copilot
