Job Title: IAM Solutions Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with strong expertise in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM principles, as well as hands-on experience designing, configuring, and deploying Saviynt solutions to meet client-specific identity governance and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Saviynt EIC solutions for identity governance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate applications, automate workflows, and ensure security standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain custom connectors using Saviynt's out-of-the-box connectors.
  • Configure and manage Saviynt EIC features such as Risk-Based Access, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Compliance Campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Saviynt EIC in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Saviynt EIC solutions for governance and compliance.
  • Experience onboarding applications using Saviynt's out-of-the-box connectors (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle DB).
  • Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, and JIT provisioning for real-time identity orchestration.
  • Knowledge of Saviynt's Delegation Framework, Workflow Engine, and Custom Attributes Mapping.
  • Experience integrating Saviynt with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Hands-on scripting with Groovy, JavaScript, and SQL within Saviynt.
  • Saviynt Certified Professional (SCP) or Saviynt Certified Advanced Professional (SCAP) certification.
