IAM Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management professional to spearhead our organization's IAM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in designing and implementing secure identity solutions, with a focus on Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust IAM strategies using leading-edge technologies like PingFederate and PingAccess.
• Craft and maintain backend services in Java to support authentication and authorization workflows.
• Integrate applications into SSO frameworks utilizing SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC protocols.
• Customize PingFederate policies using OGNL expressions and provide front-end customizations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Collaborate with security teams and application owners to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication and federation issues across environments.
• Support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication (FIDO2/WebAuthn), and adaptive access strategies.
• Maintain and enhance access management platforms and federation infrastructure.
• Participate in IAM roadmap planning and architectural decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SSO and federation.
• In-depth knowledge of PingFederate, PingAccess, and other Ping Identity tools.
• Proficiency in Java backend development and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman.
• Basic Linux administration and PKI (X.509 certificates).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
