We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ L3 Support Engineer to join our team.

This role offers a chance to work with a leading IAM platform, providing advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Level 3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including root cause analysis and defect fixes
  • Collaborating with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates
  • Managing connectors for various target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, etc.)

Our ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis. Additionally, they should have knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
