For a senior finance role, we are seeking a highly experienced and versatile professional with expertise in leading various financial functions across an organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Closely monitor and manage day-to-day fund flow, cash forecasting, and working capital planning to ensure optimal liquidity management.
  • Negotiate and maintain strong bank relationships, ensuring timely utilization of funds while adhering to all applicable regulations.
Treasury Management:
  • Regularly analyze and execute hedging strategies to minimize foreign exchange exposure.
  • Collaborate closely with banks for forward contracts, currency risk management, and LC-related operations.
Cost Analysis & Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain accurate product costing models, including SKU-level costing.
  • Analyze cost variances and identify areas for margin improvement through collaborative efforts with operations and procurement teams.
Due Diligence & Compliance:
  • Lead comprehensive financial due diligence processes for business expansions, mergers and acquisitions, or investor engagements.
  • Thoroughly analyze financial health, working capital efficiency, and risk exposures to inform strategic decisions.
Financial Reporting:
  • Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports (P&L, BS, CF), and key performance indicators.
  • Provide critical insights and support the management team with data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of core financial management principles, with practical experience spanning treasury operations, forex management, costing analysis, due diligence, and financial reporting.

We seek a highly qualified professional with at least 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in export-oriented companies, and a solid grasp of treasury, forex, costing, financial reporting, and compliance.

This is a senior finance role within our organization. The selected candidate will report directly to the Head/CFO and be responsible for leading various financial functions.
