Strategic Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to assume a senior leadership role within our organization. As Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across various entities and global business units.

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide critical financial insights to support strategic decisions on M&A, partnerships, and investments.
  • Bolster and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with senior executives on long-term growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, investors, financial institutions, and other influential parties.
  • Implement robust internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure operational efficiency and transparency.
Requirements:
  • Certified public accountant (CPA) or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • No less than 12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Proficiency in IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Prior experience in IT consulting, technology, or professional services industries is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • M&A and international finance operations experience will be a significant advantage.
