Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to support our expanding finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting software, prepare client invoices, process vendor bills, expense entries, payment follow-ups, and GST returns with knowledge of TDS provisions for TDS returns filings.
  • Maintain accounts independently, perform accounting reconciliations (bank-reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliations), and prepare monthly management reports on time.
  • Work on monthly/annual closing assignments, balance sheet preparation, and ITR filing in adherence to Indian laws and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, GST, and TDS filings.
  • Sound knowledge of GST and TDS provisions.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and preparing financial statements.
  • Handling accounting as per Indian laws and ability to adhere to various timelines.
  • Hardworking and willing to work on a long-term basis, taking responsibility and handling the work independently under minimal guidance.
  • Knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • M.Com/B.Com degree or ICWA with 0-3 years of experience in maintaining accounts or similar role with 2-3 years of experience.
