Global Head of Workforce Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Workforce Management to lead our workforce management strategy across entities globally.

  • This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to design, develop, and implement an enterprise-wide workforce fulfilment framework.
  • The successful candidate will empower talent teams to embed demand plans, enable internal and external talent intelligence through data-driven analytics, strategic talent modelling, and capability transformation.
  • They will also advise on productivity opportunities, internal talent development, and strategic hiring in collaboration with sourcing, learning, and talent teams.
  • A hybrid work mode is available for this role.
