
Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients worldwide, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage client interactions, addressing concerns and delivering solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with drivers and fleets to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement high service standards, ensuring consistent quality across all interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, noting issues and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Provide proactive customer support, anticipating and addressing needs before they escalate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a 24/7, 6-day-a-week schedule, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Bilingualism (conversational Spanish skills) is an asset.
