Are you looking for a challenging role that combines business acumen with technical expertise? We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to drive Quote-to-Cash process implementations and optimizations.

The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce CPQ expertise, hands-on functional skills, and strong business knowledge to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Quote-to-Cash process implementations and optimizations, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will gather requirements, write user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to define, design, and optimize Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes.

You will configure Salesforce CPQ for products, bundles (nested/standalone), rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing & discounting, implement Advanced Approvals (quote/quote line, smart approvals) and partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, and optimize Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes
  • Configure Salesforce CPQ for products, bundles (nested/standalone), rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing & discounting
  • Implement Advanced Approvals (quote/quote line, smart approvals)
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce CPQ
  • Proven hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience (certification preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes
  • Functional expertise in product/bundle setup, rules, guided selling, pricing, discounting, approvals
  • Experience in Service Contracts and Entitlement management
  • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with high motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
  • Familiarity with NetSuite integrations or other ERP platforms
  • Exposure to Agile modeling sessions & DevOps tools
