Job Title: Salesforce Enterprise Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to manage our Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of data model design, object/field governance, and security models.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning)
  • Set up Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards
  • Manage user access and permissions (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules)
  • Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups
  • Develop and implement a sandbox strategy and release/change management process
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers on requirements, testing, and deployments
  • Maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems (coordinate with middleware teams)
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5-8+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in enterprise environments
  • Expertise in Lightning configuration and Flow (no-code/low-code automation)
  • Strong understanding of data model design, object/field governance, and security models
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience
  • Familiarity with SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of iPaaS tools (MuleSoft) and basic Apex programming
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred
