Product Success Specialist

At Quantiphi, we are seeking a Product Success Specialist to bridge the gap between our company and its customers. This role involves actively advocating for customer success and satisfaction, ensuring that customers not only overcome challenges but also achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's unique goals, challenges, and preferences.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gauge satisfaction, uncover potential issues, and gather feedback.
  • Establish customer advocacy programs that incentivize satisfied customers to share their success stories.
  • Design customized onboarding plans based on the customer's specific use case and goals.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs.
  • Implement strategies to encourage widespread user adoption within customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to address customer concerns and implement necessary improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
