  • Collaborate with regional managers to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion.
  • Conduct detailed market research to analyse building material data and identify key growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Will to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
