Franchise Network Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Expansion Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for expanding our franchise network by identifying, pitching and onboarding new partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and approaching potential franchise partners to negotiate terms and close franchise agreements
- Developing customized pitches tailored to each partner to secure franchise deals
- Acting as the single point of contact for new franchise partners during the onboarding phase
- Maintaining accurate tracking of all deals and providing regular updates to senior management
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- A deep understanding of franchise models and the motivations of potential franchisees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
