Job Description: The Franchise Business Developer will represent a diverse portfolio of top and fastest-growing franchise brands across multiple industries. This role offers more leads, clients, and ultimately, more franchise deals—leading to higher commissions and unmatched earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically sell franchise opportunities from national and regional brands.
- Act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, identifying best-fit franchise models tailored to their investment and business goals.
- Cultivate negotiations and close franchise deals virtually across multiple Indian states without the need for travel.
- Nurture long-term client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain detailed sales and lead reports using Microsoft Excel and collaborate effectively with the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in franchise sales with 20+ franchises sold.
- Exceptional consultative selling communication and negotiation skills.
