Job Title

We're seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our FP&A team.

  • Prepare and Finalize Financial Statements: Create accurate and timely financial statements that meet regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Support Consolidation and Intercompany Reconciliations: Assist in consolidating financial data from various sources and perform intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Variance Analysis and Business Drivers: Analyze variances in financial performance and highlight key business drivers to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with tax, treasury, and business units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Prepare board decks, dashboards, and KPI reports to keep leadership informed and up-to-date.
  • Process Improvements: Drive improvements in reporting systems, processes, and compliance to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and audit processes.
