Key Performance Analysis Leader

We are seeking an analytical professional with expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

  • Own global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Evaluating potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including preparation of detailed financial models.
  2. Managing cash forecasts to monitor burn rates.
  3. Supporting scenario planning, long-range financial modeling, and ad-hoc strategic analyses.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to non-finance stakeholders.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading our FP&A team and supporting decision-making across the organization through financial analysis and performance reporting.
