Fountain Hospitality Private Limited is a well-established hospitality business with an illustrious history of delivering exceptional experiences across seven premium restaurants and bars in Mumbai.

The Director of FP&A will oversee strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role is pivotal in strengthening financial systems, driving growth, managing cash flows, and professionalising finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting across brands.
  • Develop scenario planning & valuation models to guide expansion.
  • Design MIS reports and cash flow management systems for scalability.
  • Enhance and professionalise finance & accounting controls and processes.
  • Manage investor relations with accurate projections and transparent communication.
  • Partner with leadership on KPIs and performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in FP&A / corporate finance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
  • Proven track record of helping restaurant businesses scale.
  • Expertise in forecasting, cash flow management, MIS & valuations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and investor-facing skills.
  • CA / MBA Finance preferred.
