Job Title: Sales Executive Pathway to Success Program Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Vrcyn. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales by promoting our training and certification programs to individuals, educational institutions, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote the Pathway to Success (PTS) program to individuals, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
  • Identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from PTS, including job seekers, professionals looking to upskill, and organizations seeking employee development programs.
  • Present the value of Vrcyns PTS program, highlighting expert training, industry-valued certifications, and job placement support.
  • Understand the challenges facing job seekers and employers and tailor solutions to bridge skill gaps and improve employability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the PTS program team to ensure seamless delivery of services, including training and job placement support.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, client engagement, and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in skill development and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or professional development sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the job market, skill development needs, and certification programs that enhance employability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for helping individuals succeed in their careers and improve their employability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales activities and client interactions.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week. Work-from-home opportunity available.

Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 per month, including target-based incentives.
