Key Responsibilities:
Airtel Prepaid Stores Urban
• Coordinate with zonal teams and circle leadership to implement store rollouts in urban towns according to defined guidelines.
• Collaborate with circle marketing teams for deploying branding elements in stores.
• Facilitate hiring, training, and engagement of Airtel friends (CREs) by ensuring right hiring through assessment center screening and ZBM interviews. Work closely with Centre L&D teams to deliver 100% NHIP for all Airtel friends. Also, facilitate all training programs and engagement interventions as per the training calendar. Track attendance through the promoter app and ensure smooth salary processing.
• Ensure all stores participate in lines of business (Prepaid, DTH, Airtel Payments Bank).
• Provide regular updates of new programs and initiatives to stores.
• Conduct periodic store audits by a centrally appointed audit partner for store hygiene and upkeep.
• Track and measure the productivity and profitability of every store.
Airtel Rural Stores (RAEO)
1. Coordinate with zonal teams to ensure RAEO presence in every feeder market. Every RDD should invest in RAEO.
2. All RAEOs must be operational throughout the day and manned by a partner-appointed store executive.
3. Every RAEO must participate in all lines of business (Prepaid, DTH, Airtel Payments Bank).
Required Skills:
• Ability to ensure excellence in execution
• Ability to collaborate and work with large teams
• Analyze data and draw insights
• Consultation, facilitation, and selling skills
• Enterprising and ability to convince stakeholders
• Basic computer literacy – MS Office – Excel
Education:
• Full-time graduate, preferably MBA/PGDM
Work Experience:
• 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom/FMCG
