Job Description

Our core principles of 'Versatility' and 'Innovation' drive us to provide value-added solutions to clients. This role is based in Kuwait and requires a candidate who is currently residing in the region or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from various sources to prepare reports and insights related to customer lifecycle activities and campaign performances.
  • Create reports using reporting tools and conduct analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers.
  • Produce critical reports that directly impact customer lifecycle, such as KPIs and ROI, to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Build regular dashboards and publish performance summaries.
  • Measure campaign performance using metrics like customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • Use data analytics to understand customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and develop campaign strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector with a focus on customer lifecycle and Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of campaign metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance concepts.
  • Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, and experience with customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies.
  • Ability not only to generate reports but also to define metrics, interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of Arabic - preferred but not required.
