Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Analytics Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of analytics deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between assigned business functions (e.g., Sales, Service, Operations, Finance) and the Data & Analytics team.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, from requirement gathering to deployment and training.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts; assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning).
