Job Title:

Business Intelligence Leader

About the Role:

This key role involves supporting senior leadership by driving strategic initiatives for data-driven decision making and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business requirements to inform data governance strategy and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-enabled process improvement and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and implement frameworks for capturing complex data design and business process metadata.
  • Build a backlog of data improvements and quick wins for executive stakeholders.
Leadership & Execution of Initiatives:

As the Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to drive business growth, optimize customer experiences, and inform marketing strategies.

Key Focus Areas:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that align with business priorities and drive revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Governance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of data across the organization.
  • Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain analytical models and reports to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (MBA/Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale data management and business transformation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in data analysis, architecture, management, quality, AI, or related disciplines.
  • 7+ years of experience in data strategy development and execution.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse technical and non-technical teams in data projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
