Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from data, identify areas of improvement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover trends, correlations, and insights that support business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
