Job Title: Assistant Telecom Engineer

Role Overview

The demand for skilled Telephony Experts has never been higher. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions and streamlining operations to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Establish metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure products and services.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives.
  • Design, engineer, and operate global contact center technologies built on heterogeneous platforms.
  • Work closely with business units and external vendors to align telephony solutions with organizational goals.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on best practices, routing & workflow optimization, and design skills-based routing strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience with strong background in cloud contact centers, including voice, chat, email, and SMS channels.
  • Experience collaborating with architecture teams to design call flows and backend integrations using APIs.
  • Good understanding of Contact Center domain and structured Enterprise Architecture practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in Contact Center management or cloud platforms.
  • Strong operational experience and understanding of systems maintenance, licensing, configurations, and disaster recovery.
  • Fair understanding of Network basics, additional certifications in voice/network stream would be beneficial.
