Job Opportunity: Client Solutions Expert

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional with expertise in Telecom and AI/Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to serve as a trusted advisor to telecom clients. In this role, you will help them navigate the transformative potential of AI and GenAI technologies to solve complex challenges and drive business innovation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, sell, and implement tailored AI-driven solutions that optimize telecom operations, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and telecom needs, and design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address these pain points.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI and GenAI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI trends and apply them in the telecom industry.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and support teams to tailor AI/GenAI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization and provide ongoing education and support to help them maximize the value of AI solutions.
  • Measure the success and impact of AI/GenAI solutions for clients and provide reports and analytics to demonstrate ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.
  • Experience in selling AI-driven solutions preferably in the telecom or technology industries with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into actionable AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telecom-specific AI applications such as predictive analytics, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools and cloud-based AI solutions.
  • Background in data science, machine learning engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and regulations particularly in telecom environments.
