We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Leader to join our team.

As an AI Solutions Leader, you will engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the ideation and design of innovative solutions using Generative AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Leadership: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Technical Architecture: Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the ideation and design of innovative solutions using Generative AI technology.
  • Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including other engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: While leading the project, remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.
