About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our Generative AI initiatives and shape the future of AI innovation. As Director of AI Innovation, you will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in GenAI-based application development and AI/ML technologies to drive innovation and strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and researchers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and technologies to inform and shape our innovation roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in AI/ML development and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
