Job Title: Legal Counsel

This role involves providing legal support and guidance to business teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. The position is based in Bangalore and offers an exciting opportunity to work in the life science and biotechnologies industry.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory in a corporate setting. They will also have knowledge of legal frameworks applicable to the life science and biotechnologies industries, proficiency in legal drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

The successful candidate will have a degree in law from a recognised university, with a specialisation in commercial or corporate law preferred. They will also have experience in handling contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory in a corporate setting, knowledge of legal frameworks applicable to the life science and biotechnologies industries, and proficiency in legal drafting and negotiation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized University
  • Specialization in Commercial or Corporate Law (Preferred)
  • 6-9 years of experience in handling contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory in a corporate setting
  • Knowledge of legal frameworks applicable to the Life Science and Biotechnology Industries
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
