
Senior Customer Advocate

We are seeking a seasoned customer support professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, handling customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
You will be responsible for resolving issues promptly, maintaining accurate customer records, and contributing to overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Maintain accurate customer records using Excel and internal tools
- Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to customers
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick resolutions
- Track complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Suggest process improvements for a better customer service experience
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or service roles
- Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, reports)
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
