Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries across various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Provide accurate product/service information and handle complaints in a professional manner.
- Resolve product-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Develop expertise in our platform and stay up-to-date on new features and functionality.
- Collaborate with the support team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve user experience and identify areas for process improvement.
- 2–6 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in support platforms and CRM tools.
- Empathetic and solution-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in international shift timings.
