Senior Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial analyst to join our team in Mumbai and Gurgaon. As a key member of our Transaction Services department, you will be responsible for leading complex financial due diligence engagements and identifying critical transaction issues.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Audit/Audit firms, with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and presentation. They will be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a good understanding of IFRS.

You will work closely with senior/mid-level contacts to build credibility with clients and represent our firm in deal discussions. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring junior staff, ensuring risk management compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards, and contributing to team morale and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial due diligence engagements and identify key transaction issues
  • Prepare high-quality TS reports and review sections compiled by junior team members
  • Manage smaller assignments independently or assist on larger ones under Partner supervision
  • Build credibility with clients and represent the firm in deal discussions
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure they meet performance expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant qualification
  • 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Audit/Audit firms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a good understanding of IFRS
